Personal Information Collection Statement

  1. Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited and/or any / all of its subsidiaries, associated and/or related companies within the Pacific Century Group (including the Vendor) (collectively “ PCG Group”, each a “ PCG Group Company”) wishes to collect your name, identity card / passport number, mailing address, telephone number, email address and fax number (collectively “personal data”) for the purposes of:

(i) dealing with all legal and other necessary administrative matters relating to your purchase of residential property and/or parking space(s) in the Development by the Vendor and/or any PCG Group Company, protecting their interests in the Development, and monitoring the work of PCG Group Company by the Vendor (“Obligatory Purposes”);

(ii) sales and direct marketing to you by the Vendor and/or any PCG Group Company (whether in or outside Hong Kong) regarding all of their respective property development or rental projects, including but not limited to the direct marketing to you of the residential property and/or parking space(s)in the Development and conducting marketing, sale and statistical analysis (“Voluntary Purposes”); and

(iii) to comply with requirements under applicable laws, competent court orders, and for the purpose of protecting and enforcing the rights of any of the PCPD Group.

  1. Your personal data is required by the Vendor and/or any PCG Group Company for the Obligatory Purposes. If you do not provide your personal data to the Vendor and/or any PCG Group Company for these purposes, the Vendor and/or any PCG Group Company will not be able to carry out the Obligatory Purposes which may adversely affect your purchase of residential property and/or parking space(s) in the Development and/or administrative matters relating to the same.
  2. The Voluntary Purposes are only voluntary in nature and you are not obliged to consent to the use of your personal data for these purposes if you do not wish the Vendor and/or any PCG Group Company to use your personal data for direct marketing in relation to the property development or rental projects, including but not limited to the residential units in the Development, or marketing, sale and statistical analysis.
  3. The Vendor and/or any PCG Group Company may not so use or provide your personal data for the Voluntary Purposes unless you have given your written consent herein to the intended use and provision.
  4. The Vendor and/or any PCG Group Company will take all practicable steps to keep your personal data confidential, and if you agree and provide your written consent, will provide and transfer your personal data to any PCG Group Company (whether in or outside Hong Kong), banks, financial institutions, estate agents and third party service providers who may then use your personal data for the Voluntary Purposes. The Vendor and/or any PCG Group Company will not transfer your personal data to any other person without your consent.
  5. You may withdraw your consent and require the Vendor and/or any PCG Group Company at any time to cease using your personal data for the Voluntary Purposes and the Vendor and/or any PCG Group Company must so cease, without charge.
  6. The Vendor and/or any PCG Group Company will keep your personal data only for so long as necessary to fulfill the Obligatory Purposes and, if you consent, the Voluntary Purposes. Upon fulfillment of the Obligatory Purposes and, if you consent, the Voluntary Purposes, and withdrawal of your consent or occurrence of other circumstances where your personal data is no longer required, the Vendor and/or any PCG Group Company will destroy your personal data as soon as practicable after the Vendor and/or any PCG Group Company are no longer obliged to retain such data by law.
  7. If you would like to (1) request (i) access to data or correction of data and/or (ii) obtain general information regarding the Vendor and/or any PCG Group Company’s policies and practices with respect to personal data or (2) raise general questions and complaints about the Vendor and/or any PCG Group Company’s handling of personal data or (3) withdraw your consent and require the Vendor and/or any PCG Group Company to cease using your personal data for the Voluntary Purposes, please address your communication to the following (marked “Confidential”):
